This role involves ensuring the integrity of data, upholding safety regulations, and serving as the main point of contact between the research, hardware, and software teams. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Operations discipline, alongside 3–5 years of experience in technology operations or manufacturing. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of managing hourly, shift-based teams and displaying robust problem-solving capabilities in high-paced settings.
