Responsibilities include the precise documentation of patient visits in real-time, encompassing medical history, examination findings, and treatment strategies within the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Support the management of laboratory tests, radiology findings, and provider orders while ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations. Applicants must have completed a Medical Assistant or Scribe program, or possess a minimum of one year of experience as an orthopedic scribe. Additionally, candidates should have at least two years of experience in a healthcare or administrative role and thrive in a dynamic clinic setting.
