**Job Title: Group Facilitator**
Conduct cognitive behavioral and parenting workshops aimed at fostering pro-social skills and encouraging positive behavior changes among participants. Oversee administrative responsibilities such as assessing participant progress, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to program standards within correctional environments. An associate’s degree and a minimum of one year of experience in group facilitation or within the criminal justice field are required. Applicants must successfully pass a criminal background check and hold a valid driver’s license.
