The Registered Nurse will conduct skilled nursing visits in patients’ residences and carry out OASIS assessments and related documentation. Their duties also include creating personalized care plans and providing education to patients and their caregivers regarding disease management. Applicants must possess a valid Florida RN license and a minimum of one year of nursing experience. Preference will be given to those with experience in home health and familiarity with OASIS documentation.
