**Job Title: Care Partner**
The Care Partner delivers hands-on patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, assisting with activities such as personal hygiene, nutritional support, and specialized technical duties including phlebotomy. Additionally, this role involves administrative tasks, managing unit supplies, and fostering a safe and empathetic atmosphere for patients and their families. Candidates should either be a rising senior in good standing or possess a high school diploma or GED, along with completion of a state-recognized CNA or Patient Care Technician program. A current BLS certification is mandatory at the time of hire.
