The primary focus of this role is to provide engineering solutions for electrical substation projects, ensuring compliance with various standards and securing necessary construction or operating permits.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engineering solutions for electrical substation projects.
- Ensure adherence to standards and regulations associated with substation construction.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate designs effectively.
- Facilitate the acquisition of construction and operating permits.
- Apply principles and practices relevant to structural engineering in power delivery contexts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Structural Engineer, specifically in substation or power delivery projects.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and design/build processes.
- Familiarity with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
