Lead multiple new product introduction programs from design review and pilot builds through production release, ensuring manufacturing readiness, cost, yield, quality, and compliance targets are met. Own product transfers from the US facility to the Vietnam factory, including transfer documentation, equipment and process qualification, team training, and production handover. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience, and 6–8 years of electronics manufacturing, process, or NPI engineering experience. Candidates should have experience leading NPI launches and site transfers, strong PCBA and assembly process knowledge, proficiency with SolidWorks and ERP/PLM systems, and familiarity with regulated quality systems and process validation.
