As a Retirement Services and 401(k) Solutions Consultant, you will engage with both new and existing clients through phone calls, utilizing virtual tools to facilitate your sales efforts. This position involves achieving daily performance objectives, such as the number of calls made, duration of conversations, and scheduling appointments. Ideal candidates will have a background in quota-driven sales and demonstrate proficiency in networking through social media channels. While having the SIE, FINRA Series 6, and 63 licenses is advantageous, those who can secure these licenses within 45 days may also be considered for the position.
