Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Nurse RN – Registered Nurse First Assistant to join our team in Rochester, Oregon. This role requires providing comprehensive nursing care and assisting in surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout their healthcare experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical operations while collaborating with the surgical team.
- Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall health status.
- Participate in patient assessments and care planning.
- Educate patients and their families regarding post-operative care and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) is preferred.
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of surgical procedures.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
