Job Summary
We are seeking a Heart Failure Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) for a critical care contract opportunity in Cleveland, OH. This assignment will last for a total of 13 weeks, starting on December 14, 2026, and concluding on March 14, 2027.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality critical care nursing for heart failure patients.
- Monitor and assess patient health status, implementing appropriate care plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about heart failure management and recovery processes.
- Document all patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
Qualifications
- Current and valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Verification of all necessary nursing licenses and certifications.
- Immunizations including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap.
- Completion of pre-employment health screenings and fit tests.
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification.
- Ability to pass UHS drug screening and background checks.
- Current driver’s license or state identification.
- Completion of UHS module training and competency exams.
- Submission of all required documentation and attestation for employment.
