Job Summary
The Registered Nurse is tasked with delivering versatile care across Med-Surg and the Emergency Department, focusing on ensuring patient safety and providing high-quality care. This position requires coordination of individualized patient care and efficient communication during shift changes, alongside maintaining fluency in electronic medical records (EMR) and medication administration protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in Med-Surg and Emergency settings.
- Coordinate personalized care plans and implement nursing interventions.
- Conduct bedside reports during shift changes to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain updated knowledge and skills in EMR systems and medication administration.
Qualifications
- Possession of a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- A minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience is desirable.
- Capability to obtain ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of employment.
