Warehouse Associate
1st Shift (7:30 am – 4:30 pm)
Brooklyn Heights, OH
$19-$20/hr
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be engaged in the manufacture and assembly of insulation products while also supporting various warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include producing items, preparing shipments for customers, maintaining equipment, and ensuring that the warehouse remains clean, organized, and efficient.
Responsibilities of a Warehouse Associate:
- Create and assemble insulation products according to customer requirements.
- Safely operate production equipment and manual tools.
- Prepare, palletize, shrink wrap, and organize customer orders for delivery.
- Assist in shipping, receiving, as well as loading and unloading freight.
- Conduct basic maintenance of equipment and uphold cleanliness in the workspace.
- Aid in the organization of warehouse inventory and movement.
- Participate in production enhancement initiatives and special assignments as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirements for Warehouse Associate:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is preferable.
- Experience with FedEx or UPS processing is a plus.
- Familiarity with forklifts/tow motors is preferred.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with hand and power tools is necessary.
- Basic skills in computing and mathematics are required.
