**Sales Floor Department Supervisor**
The Sales Floor Department Supervisor is responsible for guiding and empowering a team of associates to provide outstanding customer service while effectively managing the daily functions of the store. Key duties involve training and mentoring staff, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and keeping the sales floor organized and adequately stocked. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, alongside a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year focused on customer service.
