Job description
**Job Title: Team Lead – In-Home Sales Specialists**
Take charge of leading and developing a team of In-Home Sales Specialists to meet sales, profit margin, and overall profitability objectives within a designated area. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements throughout the installation process. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, alongside a minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience and 3 years in a leadership role. Candidates should demonstrate strong financial insight, expertise in CRM systems, and a willingness to travel frequently for managing field-based sales activities.
