The Store Leader is tasked with overseeing the store’s operations, achieving sales targets, and managing visual merchandising efforts. Essential qualifications include strong leadership abilities, effective decision-making skills, and proficiency in computer use. Flexibility to work during days, evenings, and weekends is also necessary.
