**Job Title: Retail Director**
The Retail Director is responsible for managing the everyday operations of food service retail within a hospital environment, which includes overseeing financial outcomes, merchandising strategies, and the growth of staff across various locations. This role requires a commitment to upholding exceptional service quality, fostering client relationships, and ensuring adherence to both regulatory and organizational guidelines. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail food service management, ideally within a busy or healthcare-focused context. A bachelor’s degree is recommended, along with a solid understanding of financial principles and demonstrated leadership abilities.
