**Job Title: Retail Sales Associate**
The Retail Sales Associate will provide support to customers with their purchases and transactions at the checkout, while also ensuring the sales floor is well-organized and stocked with merchandise. This role entails fostering positive relationships with customers and assisting with diverse store functions, including fulfilling orders. Ideal candidates should have strong communication abilities, the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, and be computer literate. Additionally, this position demands physical endurance for ongoing activity, the ability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds, and a willingness to work flexible hours.
