The Sales Assistant plays a vital role in supporting licensed Sales Representatives by handling various administrative tasks. This position is instrumental in managing appointments, overseeing community listings, and monitoring the progress of loans and construction projects. Additionally, the Sales Assistant ensures that model homes and offices are well-maintained and organized while providing assistance with other administrative duties as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage appointments for licensed Sales Representatives.

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Three to six months of relevant experience is preferred.
- A real estate license must be achieved within 90 days of being hired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
