As the initial point of contact for users, the Help Desk Analyst focuses on addressing and escalating technical problems through multiple communication methods. This role includes maintaining help desk documentation and offering administrative assistance to the department manager. Applicants should possess at least an associate degree or comparable experience, with a minimum of 2 years working in a help desk or customer service role. Exceptional communication abilities and familiarity with remote support tools are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with A+ certification and experience in the healthcare field.
