Job Summary
This role is focused on leading and executing intricate data management and technology system initiatives through a combination of Agile and conventional project management strategies. The successful candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams while ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complex data management and system technology projects utilizing both hybrid Agile and traditional methodologies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies to promote team collaboration and progress.
- Identify and manage project risks and resource allocation effectively.
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing enterprise data management or analytics projects.
- Proficient knowledge of SQL, software development life cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
