Job Summary
We are urgently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our team. This role is vital in providing personal care and support to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Support mobility and transportation of patients as necessary.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a CNA or HHA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate approach towards caregiving and patient care.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
