Job Summary
The Physical Therapist will provide high-quality care to patients by assessing their physical condition, developing tailored treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions. This full-time position is based in Webster and Frederic, where the incumbent will work to enhance patient recovery and mobility goals.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and needs to create customized rehabilitation plans.
- Provide direct patient care using various therapeutic methods and modalities.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
- Educate patients and their families on recovery processes and preventative measures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient encounters and treatment outcomes accurately.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the respective state.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong understanding of physical therapy interventions and patient care procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse team settings.
