**Resident Care Assistant**
The Resident Care Assistant is responsible for delivering everyday personal care services while supporting residents with their daily living activities in a residential environment. This role includes light housekeeping tasks, helping with meal preparation, and promoting resident engagement in community events. Candidates are required to possess a high school diploma or GED and have a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Additionally, a valid driver’s license, liability insurance documentation, and eligibility for coverage under the company’s insurance policy are essential.
