Job Summary
This role is focused on delivering in-home health and personal care services to individuals in need. The primary responsibilities include supporting patients with their daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being, and facilitating access to essential medical care.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home health and personal care to patients.
- Monitor patient conditions and assist with mobility and exercise routines.
- Help clients with simple medication administration as prescribed.
- Perform various household tasks to support clients’ living environments.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments as necessary.
- Offer companionship and basic emotional support to patients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must have access to reliable transportation.
- A valid driver’s license is necessary.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check is essential.
