The Payroll & Benefits Specialist is responsible for overseeing daily payroll operations and managing benefits administration while keeping precise employee records. This individual will also address staff inquiries and ensure adherence to applicable policies and regulations within the organization. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, payroll, or finance. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent organizational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in office software tools.
