**Job Title: Molding Operator Lead**
The Molding Operator Lead oversees the daily operations of production, distributing tasks among workstations and ensuring adherence to quality standards and production timelines. This role also involves mentoring and training operators, in addition to maintaining precise records of documentation and inventory. Ideal candidates will possess 2-3 years of experience in injection molding or manufacturing, with a preference for previous leadership or mentoring roles. Strong skills in ERP systems, quality documentation, and the capability to accurately follow work instructions are crucial for success in this position.
