**Job Title: Production Worker**
The Production Worker plays a key role in getting products ready for dispatch by installing necessary hardware, affixing labels, and packaging items securely. Additionally, this position involves conducting regular cleaning and surface preparation of fabricated components to ensure they are suitable for painting. Applicants must have a high school diploma and experience in a manufacturing setting. This role demands physical strength, as associates must be capable of lifting up to 100 pounds, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment that may involve exposure to dust, chemicals, and elevated noise levels.
