**Store Manager**
The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding the sales team to achieve production goals while maintaining high operational standards at the retail outlet. This position involves mentoring team members, fostering customer connections, and addressing any escalated service concerns. Ideal candidates should possess a background in leading and mentoring sales teams, with a preference for individuals who hold a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license. A college degree, either 2 or 4 years, or equivalent experience is essential, complemented by excellent communication abilities and a results-driven approach.
