**Job Title: Mental Health Therapist**
The Mental Health Therapist will deliver comprehensive therapy, outreach initiatives, and skill development services tailored for young adults between the ages of 16 and 21. Key responsibilities encompass collaboration with transitional youth teams and ensuring accurate clinical documentation to promote community autonomy. Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a similar discipline, accompanied by a valid credential in Michigan. A minimum of one year’s experience in assessing, evaluating, and treating minors and their families is also required for candidates.
