Job description
The Registered Nurse is responsible for overseeing patient care in collaboration with caregivers and healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of safe and quality health services. Key duties encompass providing direct patient care as well as coordinating and supervising care delegated to nursing assistants and other staff members. Applicants are required to possess a valid Minnesota Registered Nurse license and current BLS certification. A degree in nursing, whether an associate, bachelor’s, or master’s, is mandatory, with a preference for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
