Job description
The Assistant Maintenance Manager leads a team of mechanics and porters, focusing on the implementation of preventive maintenance plans and overseeing machinery repairs. This role is crucial for ensuring the operational efficiency of the physical plant and upholding safety protocols in the industrial laundry environment. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in repairing industrial processing equipment, along with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Expertise in 480-volt high voltage systems and a solid understanding of industrial fundamentals such as pneumatics and steam systems are essential.
