The Compounder plays a crucial role in the accurate blending and mixing of cosmetic formulations with the aid of specialized machinery, all while adhering to strict inventory and quality guidelines. This position entails carrying out sanitation procedures for equipment, matching color shades, and guiding team members to enhance production efficiency. Applicants should have 1-3 years of experience in batch processing or compounding and should possess a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must also demonstrate intermediate math skills and successfully complete a color hue test.
