Job Summary
The Compounder I position on the second shift focuses on the precise mixing of materials to create high-quality products in the manufacturing sector. This role is crucial in ensuring that the compound formulations meet specific standards and project requirements, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the production process.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and measure raw materials according to established formulas.
- Operate mixing equipment while adhering to safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications
