Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for conducting inspections and performing tests on both raw materials and final products to verify adherence to established quality standards and specifications. This role involves meticulous documentation of findings, thorough analysis of defects, and active collaboration with engineering teams to implement necessary corrective measures and enhance processes.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Able to work flexible shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours in a manufacturing setting.
