Job description
Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes for Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians in specified markets, handling a high volume of applicants. Collaborate closely with operations and HR teams to determine staffing requirements and establish robust talent pipelines. A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment is necessary, with a preference for candidates who have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Proficiency in ATS tools is essential, along with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
