**Continuous Improvement Coordinator**
The Continuous Improvement Coordinator is responsible for overseeing company policies, risk management programs, and workers’ compensation operations to guarantee adherence to regulations and ensure patient safety. This role involves spearheading strategic initiatives and promoting performance enhancement efforts throughout different departments. Eligible candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline along with proven experience in project management and process enhancement. Familiarity with healthcare regulations, accreditation criteria, and policy formulation is highly desirable.
