The clinician is responsible for delivering individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, as well as handling crisis interventions through walk-ins and phone inquiries. They will also oversee the clinical supervision of unlicensed personnel and interns, ensuring meticulous client documentation is maintained. Applicants must have a Master’s degree in a behavioral science field and be licensed as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC. Experience with the LGBTQ community and proficiency in clinical documentation are essential for this role.
