Job description
The Account Coordinator will assist underwriters in processing new business, issuing policies, and handling midterm service inquiries. This role will serve as a bridge between external trading partners and internal departments to promote operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer service. The perfect candidate will have experience in insurance operations, excellent analytical and communication abilities, and a preference for a bachelor’s degree. Additionally, familiarity with computer systems and a proven track record of independent work are essential.
