Job Summary
The Account Data Analyst is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of commercial tires through field assessments at fleet locations. This role includes compiling data into comprehensive reports for customers and working alongside sales teams to convey insights and pinpoint potential service opportunities or customer risks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct fieldwork at fleet sites to assess commercial tire performance.
- Compile and analyze data to produce detailed reports for clients.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to share analysis findings.
- Identify potential service opportunities and customer risks based on data insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM and spreadsheet software.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
