They must ensure accurate financial recording, negotiate account reconciliations, and provide departmental reporting while maintaining corporate financial integrity. Candidates should have a strong understanding of insurance and financial best practices, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills is required.
