Job Summary
The Associate Manager will be responsible for leading the treasury, accounting, and insurance operations within the organization, focusing on financial reporting, cash flow management, and month-end closing activities. This role will involve collaborating with auditors, managing insurance claims, and enhancing processes in cost accounting and production reporting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee treasury functions and accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow effectively, including month-end closing procedures.
- Coordinate with auditors to maintain compliance and financial integrity.
- Handle insurance claims and associated documentation.
- Lead initiatives to improve processes in cost accounting and production reporting.
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is essential.
- Must possess proficiency in SAP, with a specific focus on SAP Material Ledger.
- CPA certification and experience with SOX compliance are preferred qualifications.
