Job description
The Account Coordinator will assist underwriters in the processing of new business, issuance of policies, and handling of midterm service requests. This role will also serve as a bridge between external trading partners and internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service. The perfect candidate will possess previous experience in insurance operations, excellent analytical and communication abilities, and ideally hold a bachelor’s degree. Proficiency in computer systems and a team-oriented approach are also highly valued.
