Job Title: Histology Technologist
The Histology Technologist is responsible for the preparation and processing of tissue samples for microscopic analysis by pathologists. This includes duties such as embedding, sectioning, and staining tissues. In addition, the role involves the upkeep of laboratory instruments, inventory management of supplies, and meticulous documentation of all testing activities. Applicants must hold a Histologic Technician Certificate from the American Society for Clinical Pathology and should have recent experience with both standard and specialized histopathological techniques.
