The Accounts Receivable Representative will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process, which includes processing payments, reconciling accounts, and addressing any discrepancies. Additionally, the role involves maintaining customer accounts, performing credit assessments, and managing credit limits and holds on accounts. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing collection accounts and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, along with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
