Job description
**Job Title:** Manager of Client Accounting Services (CAS)
The Manager will steer the strategic direction, organizational framework, and expansion of the Client Accounting Services (CAS) division, transforming the firm into an advisory-centered entity. This role entails developing efficient workflows, providing guidance to team members, and collaborating with firm leadership to foster innovation and enhance service excellence. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the accounting field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position specifically in CAS or outsourced accounting. A CPA or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred, alongside a demonstrated history of successfully scaling accounting practices.
