Additionally, they will handle currency transactions and ensure that accounting records are accurately maintained within the agency management system. Ideal candidates should have completed their high school education or obtained a GED, along with possessing substantial experience in sales or customer service. While a Property and Casualty license and fluency in both English and Spanish are not mandatory, they are considered advantageous.
