Job description
**Job Title: Acquisition Manager**
The Acquisition Manager is responsible for aiding the Department of Defense (DoD) in its acquisition procedures by evaluating program metrics, preparing essential documentation, and verifying adherence to governmental standards. This role includes enhancing communication among both internal and external parties to effectively oversee program costs, timelines, and performance across the entire lifecycle. Applicants must hold an active Secret clearance and fulfill designated educational and experiential criteria, including a Master’s degree coupled with 12 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree paired with 15 years of experience. A deep understanding of DoD acquisition processes and outstanding interpersonal communication skills are mandatory.
