Job description
The Commercial Maintenance Technician plays a key role in executing preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems within commercial buildings. This position involves addressing service requests, preparing spaces for incoming tenants, and conducting regular property evaluations to maintain safety and operational effectiveness. Ideal candidates will possess experience in commercial or facilities maintenance, along with a robust understanding of building systems. A valid driver’s license is necessary, as is the capability to diagnose and repair commercial equipment.
