The role of the Administrative Assistant involves providing essential support to both management and team members to facilitate seamless daily office functions. Key responsibilities include managing phone and email inquiries, organizing schedules, maintaining documentation, and performing general administrative and clerical tasks. The successful candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting.

Administrative Assistant Duties:

  • Offer overall administrative support to management and team members.
  • Professionally handle incoming phone calls and emails, directing them as needed.
  • Prepare, manage, and organize various documents, records, and reports.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and other office activities.
  • Assist in data entry, filing, and perform basic bookkeeping duties.
  • Oversee and maintain office supplies for optimal operational efficiency.

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or office role is preferred.
