Job Summary
The Supply Chain Data Analyst plays a critical role in enhancing the efficiency of supply chain operations. This position focuses on analyzing data to provide insights that influence decision-making in logistics, inventory management, and overall supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics to optimize supply chain performance and drive improvements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data trends and patterns to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide regular updates on supply chain metrics.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Assist in inventory management and demand forecasting efforts using data-driven approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in supply chain processes is preferred but not required.
