Job description
Job Title: Peer Support Specialist
The role involves overseeing the environment and guiding social-rehabilitation initiatives for participants in the program. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety within the facility, performing substance abuse assessments, and overseeing client records and care management. Candidates must possess a Peer Support Specialist Certification or hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services discipline. A valid driver’s license and an understanding of substance abuse or mental health treatment practices are also required.
